DataAnalysis is an iPad App designed for the analysis and visualization of data sets in various fields. It offers a range of features that cater to both students and professionals, making it a versatile tool for data analysis.

One of the key features of DataAnalysis is its ability to handle x, y pairs of data. This allows users to easily import data from text files or copy data directly from other sources. The app also provides options to average, baseline correct, and normalize the data before further analysis.

The plotting functionality of DataAnalysis is straightforward and user-friendly. Users can simply press the Plot button to generate graphs with automatically scaled axes. The app also offers customization options for labeling axes, adding titles, and changing symbol properties.

In addition to basic plotting capabilities, DataAnalysis allows users to select a subset of their data using touch and drag gestures. This subset can then be zoomed in on and analyzed separately or used for fitting purposes. The app supports various types of curve fitting, including linear, polynomial, exponential, and logarithmic functions.

For more complex scenarios, DataAnalysis includes Lowess Regression, a powerful fitting method that does not require users to specify a mathematical function or parameters. This makes it suitable for data sets with significant scatter.
